On your website you offer to have additional outlets added for $** each. My service was installed today, and the tech said he cannot add outlets. When I made my payment for my service to be set up yesterday I specifically asked if they can add outlets and the price and I was. told yes and $**. I called customer support regarding this and was told Suddenlink no longer adds outlets, but your website clearly states that you do. I have cables running from my living room down the hallway to the bedrooms which is totally unacceptable. I am requesting outlets be added for the $** per outlet fee as outlined on both your website as well as the agent I spoke to when I made my initial payment. Please do not tell me your policy is that you cannot add outlets when I have a screenshot from your website stating you will add outlets for $** per outlet. I did not get service with the understanding that I would have wires running across my floor, otherwise I'd never gotten Suddenlink to begin with. Please help me resolve this matter, thank you.
