I've been in Houston at M.D. Anderson hospital receiving cancer treatments for the past * weeks. Before I left for treatment I paid $***.** exactly on my bill. I was just discharged at *pm and while on interstate omw home I checked my account(Suddenlink) that's when I seen that my account was past due and that the $*** payment wasn't applied. So I checked my bank statement to make sure payment wasn't the issue and it stated it as a successful transaction. So I contacted you all(Suddenlink). I explained everything that I've stated here and expressed my feelings bc Ik that Cable services are not a Necessity but in My case it is. It's a Necessity for and to me bc I'm undergoing Colon Cancer treatments. Once Medical transport gets me home and into my bed, I will be stuck in my bed for * days not able to do anything or go anywhere. On the *rd day Medical transport will then again pick me up and transport me back to M.D. Anderson for * more weeks of treatments. These * days I'm gonna be in my bed, being able to watch TV will be very important to me and for me. Without being able to do so will just bring more stress and depression to an already stressful situation. Ik its late to be contacting you but I just got home and my services are still on but bc its showing past due I need your help to help me figure this out to keep my services on and active. I tried to make another payment for now til we figure what happened to the $*** but the agent said it would not allow my payment. So idkw to do. Please help me. Please
