My daughter purchased movie tickets online on ******** (*) with her gift card for a movie on ******** when we got to the theater they turned us away do to a power outage. The attendant told us to call or go online to get a refund. My oldest daughter went online and followed the prompts for the refund but we never got a email confirmation back or any correspondence. When I called the number on the back of the card the message says it's not a valid number. I called the customer service number several times only to get a busy signal. I would like a phone call from a customer service representative to get this matter resolved as soon as possible as I haven't been able to get as much as a email back. My number is (***) ***-****. So that we can get this matter resolved and I can find out why we can't find out the balance on the gift card
