Stand up and was injured by a sharp*broken counter top surrounding the lounge furniture which scraped and caused a bleeding open wound to my back and a deep impact to my hip*pelvis which required an x-ray and deep tissue bruising ... I was injured at Studio Movie Grill Atlanta Georgia at the Holcomb Bridge Road location upon injury I contacted management they provided a Band-Aid and ointment the manager on duty was Garry Shene who informed me that they could not provide a copy of the incident report nor provide an incident number I was given a business card with an inactive phone number and an email address as well as the name of the general manager which is Dustin Hopper. I emailed both of the managers and I did receive a reply from Mr Hopper stating he has forwarded my email to risk management however it has been over a week and I have not heard anything I also requested from the location information pertaining to any medical providers that may be in your network to provide medical treatment and asistance being that I am visiting from out of state and do not have insurance to cover said medical visits so that I wouldn't acquire any unnecessary medical bills that Studio Movie Grill would fail to honor ... I received no response I attempted to email the only point of contact I had which was General Manager Dustin Hopper only to find out my email was blocked by mr. Dustin Hopper. I am not sure why this incident and my injury is being blatantly disregarded however I now have a medical bill as well as an injury not to mention the time and distress I had to endure trying to rectify this situation I have been in contact with legal representation and submitted the emails and the block disregarded emails to the point that I now had to elevate this matter and search the internet in Orchard to find some point of corporate contact. This is beyond UNACCEPTABLE for a patron who was injured at your facility to have to go through in order to have this situation properly remedied . At the time of incident it may have appeared to be a scratch however I stressed to the manager the impact of the broken counter was what was more serious... Further more when I contacted the general manager he responded he forwarded the information I provided to risk management and to contact him (Genery Manager Dustin Hopper) for anything ely on the matter. I ATTEMPTED to respond only THREE minutes after receiving his email only to discover the General Manager Dustin Hopper had BLOCKED my emails so I can no longer communicate with him on the matter
Contacting me to settle my medical bills along with make amends for my time pain and injury which occurred on their premises. I am on vacation and shouldn't have had to spend the last week trying to get cooperation from studio movie grill.
