I have been a customer of stitch fix since he first opened and over the past few years I have noticed a decline in the quality of the clothing I have been receiving. There is no detail to the likes of the customer. The clothes that have been sent to me Are ridiculously overpriced for the quality that I’m receiving. When I first became a customer stitch fix this was not the case I felt detail was put in to choosing my clothes. I feel that it’s very important the customer service should be aware of this.The order I Just received was absolutely ridiculous. It was quite obvious that no attention was put into my size and the fact that I am petite and height. The quality of clothing was comparable to TJ Maxx Or marshals. Over the few years that I’ve been buying stitch fix I have seen A repeat of poor quality and over priced clothing. I’ve been a loyal customer to stitch fix and I’ve tried to reach out many times to put more effort into choosing clothing for me to no avail. I think as a company should be aware of this and the people you’re choosing to pick out customers clothing should seriously be Taken into consideration
