I wanted to share my recent experience with a cleaning service. After being satisfied with the work done, I realized I didn't address the pricing in the survey. I was surprised by the $[redacted] fee for cleaning two areas of my [redacted] square feet ceramic tile kitchen floor. The service man convinced me to have the area sealed, offering a $50 deduction to make it sound like a good deal. However, the other service man came after with a can of sealer and sprayed the grout lines in just five minutes for $[redacted], leaving me feeling taken advantage of. As a disabled senior, I regret not considering other options and falling for the sales pitch. Moving forward, I'll be more cautious about services I agree to.

I had a disappointing experience with the carpet cleaner from Stanley Carpet Cleaning. I've been a customer since around [redacted], and today I scheduled a cleaning for my rooms along with my couch/sectional. However, the cleaner accused me of trying to get free cleaning, which I wasn't. I even suggested he check the system for my details. Instead, he left without resolving the issue, leaving me with my furniture moved. The supervisor's lack of apology and the manager's focus on business over customer satisfaction were frustrating. It's disappointing that in this age of technology, a simple photo could have clarified the situation. The whole incident left me inconvenienced, needing to reschedule for another cleaner. This experience felt like a lack of respect, and I believe customers should document interactions with cleaners to prevent such incidents in the future.

I am writing this email slowly to ensure clear communication. I recently left a review on Yelp and received a response from "Darryl F." requesting additional information. However, I was not provided with any instructions, email address, or phone number to send the details. If you require information from customers, it is essential to specify the appropriate contact method. Please share the correct email address, phone number, or chat location for me to provide the requested details. Without this information, I cannot fulfill your request. Thank you for your assistance. - Danny

I am urging all TV stations to kindly remove the unpleasant vomiting baby advertisement from your programming. It is frequently shown in the morning during shows like TODAY when viewers are having breakfast. This creates an uncomfortable situation. I switch channels every time I see it on NBC, but it appears more frequently there than on other channels. I have already written to Stanley Steamer along with many others, but the ad continues to air. I constantly have the remote in hand to change the channel when it starts. Thank you for addressing this issue. I find it hard to believe that this commercial is still being broadcast, considering there are surely better ways to promote your services. I hope you comprehend how distasteful this ad is for people who watch TV while eating. I appreciate any attention you can give to this matter and the numerous complaints it likely has generated.

I had a technician clean my home's tile and carpet on Saturday, 4-11-20. The technician was polite but finished in about 2 hours. Once the tile dried, the grout remained dirty. I tried to speak with a manager, but they were unavailable. It's now Monday morning, and I haven't heard back from anyone. The lack of response is disappointing; I expected a prompt call back. When I called the first time, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. In my second call, the rep couldn't reach the branch manager. This experience with the customer service management is frustrating. I hope for a quick call back to address the issue and schedule a redo today. My phone number is [redacted].

I recently had my sectional cleaned by Stanley Steemer. After moving and living with my daughter and her two cats while our new house was being built, we felt it was necessary. However, after the technician left, I noticed wet cat fur streaks on one end and side. I had to use a lint roller to remove them once the couch dried. Despite this, I felt the sectional didn't seem any cleaner. Being oatmeal in color, I hoped it was just the lighting or that it was the best result possible. Today, upon closer inspection, I realized it wasn't cleaner. One cushion has small spots that remain, and one arm is visibly dirty when the bottom cushion is lifted. Although Stanley Steemer has satisfied us with carpet cleaning before, this time was disappointing. I hope the sectional can be cleaned to our usual standard. Thank you! Carrie S. I have been a loyal customer of Stanley Steemer for two decades, relying on their carpet cleaning services. Recently, my attempts to contact them via their [redacted]-number have been met with a consistent recording stating that no one is available to take my call. This has been a frustrating experience as I have tried calling at various times over several days with no success in reaching a human or leaving a message. I am concerned about the current state of their customer service and wonder if this approach is sustainable for their business. It seems counterintuitive to push customers towards online scheduling by neglecting phone inquiries.
