The usage was high and so was the bill. She moved out March *, ****. I re-rented the unit and the April **, **** - May **, **** bill at *** kWh for **.** is the reflection of new tenants. In regards to the May - June bill, it is up ***.* percent from the previous month. This bill has to be in error on the part of the meter reader because my tenants are never home and do not use air conditioning and they are not using the heat at this time. They were actually gone * days for this billing period. They work full-time and are honest hard-working people and I believe them that they actually used less energy this past month since they were away * days.
