When I set up service for my house I applied for the care program I said it they said I was qualified but I did not receive any discounts for ** months I've been trying to call to get those ** months worth of discounts refunded to my account because I have no electricity now and even would be owing me enough to get my electricity turned back on and every time I call I keep getting sent to the wrong person last time I called you guys sent me to *** and then you guys closed I'm getting very frustrated . Call me *** *** ****. My address is **** Colorado ave , Chula Vista, ca *****. I most likely might stop into your office to talk to somebody in person because I'm getting frustrated and I keep getting sent around in circles and getting nowhere and I've been out of electricity for a long time nowbut please call me and check into my account the first ** months that I was signed up I should have been receiving the care credit discounts I know I asked for it and then I know I qualified for it but you guys did not give it to me and I keep getting the runaround
