The beginning of **** we subscribed to your newspaper.*Due to the fact that we were going to be out of time, we cancelled our subscription. *Once we returned, I made several calls in order to start a subscription again. When several days went by with no delivery, I called again. I spoke with a supervisor, who said they would get back to me. I never received the call I was promised. When I called back I was told that there was no delivery available in our area. At this point, I was very frustrated but decided that I was not going to get anyone to listen or help me.*Funny thing, a few weeks later, we received a letter from the San Antonio New Express, asking us to once again subscribe to your newspaper. So thinking, we might actually get the newspaper, we filled out the form and mailed it in. We checked for the newspaper every day, hoping that.delivery would start. A follow up call was received approximately a week later, checking to see if your delivery had started. Once again, we checked for delivery with no results. The next communication from you was an e-mail with a phone number to call to resolve the delivery issue.*We have now called twice with no answers to our delivery issue.**What I don't understand, is that prior to June we received a daily newspaper. Is it not possible to check the delivery records from our original subscription?*Secondly, we walk every morning and see newspapers on the driveway of our neighbors. Would it be possible for someone to check the delivery route for the following address:****** Holly Forest Schertz, Tx****** Shadowy Dusk Schertz, TX****** Hoot Owl Schertz, TX**If we are having this much trouble getting delivery, do our neighbors who would like to subscribe, have similar issues.**You can contact us at:****** Owl Woods*Schertz, TX**e-mail: *****@***.com*Cell: ***-***-******Thank You & hope to be able to talk to someone soon.
