hi there, i purchased a woman Ferragamo belt last year, today i went to put the belt on and the buckle fell off , it looks like it broke as springs fell out, i have had this belter for one year purchased in Toronto Yorkdale shopping mall. *right now the store is closed due to COVID , please lee me know what i can do to have this fixed or replaced.*i am not happy about this, please follow up with me.*Thank you
