My name is Casandra Hendrix. In **** Sue Porter Roy had put me on her insurance at the time. And I was trying to see if my car that I previously owned in **** was insured at the time I got pulled over. The reason for this is my license was suspended due to not being able to show proof of insurance to the BMV. And if I can't get a paper stating that I was insured at that time then I have to pay $*,***.** reinstatement fee. She has passed away this year and I only know her birthday which is February **, ****. I don't know her last four digits of her social security number to provide that for you. Can you please see if you can help me with this. I already have paid $*,***.** prior to get my license back and after I got it back a month later I get a letter from the BMV telling me that I need some kind of paper showing that I had insurance at that time and until I do my license is suspended again and I have to pay $*,***.** that is due on the *rd of December when my suspension is up. But if I have proof than I will get the suspension dropped and the reinstallment fee will be drop. I don't know what else to do I'm a single mother with two kids and don't have that much money to pay for it. Im just asking for help please.
