I have two Rowenta irons. I have had them both for quite a while, and, neither on worked properly right off the bat. I had one prior to and it was a great iron. I bought both a Penny's and they said both times I had to deal with Rowenta for any satisfaction, frustrating. I have the older unit ****W Actisteam and the later one ****W Focus. the Actisteam leaked from the first day, the Focus will not heat.*Is there anything you can do for me. I bought them and sue to my schedule I didn't take the time to do anything about it. I'm using a black and decker that was a fraction of the price and every time I use it I'm annoyed at Rowenta. Such a vast difference in what they can do, and a huge difference in purchase price.*I would be happy to return these two basically new units even though they are older for * new one or refurbished one that will work properly.*If it's too late for anything I understand as it's my fault for not contacting sooner. What you need to understand is that I had a Rowenta, it got old and needed to be replaced, I purchased a new one, it leaked, I purchased another one of a better quality and it won't heat up. If I don't get some kind of positive response I'll just give up on Rowenta and buy a cheap Black and Decker that gives me no issues and is reliable.*My problem is I get excited with new products and throw away the box immediately - how do you return for replacement or repair, plus I work ** hours per week and don't have time.
