I THINK I purchased a gift subscription recently. I don't know for sure as the order was not confirmed (via email). I called and spoke to a rep who at the time seemed helpful. I sure wish I'd gotten her name because my issue STILL isn't resolved. Because I didn't receive an email confirming my order, I have nothing to present my husband on his birthday to indicate I bought him a subscription to Rolling Stone. I wish it wasn't what he really wants cause I absolutely regret this purchase. The rep I spoke with assured me that I'd receive an email but I have not.
