Took in my vintage Rolex in June to a certified Rolex service dealer, who kept it for two weeks. Watch was losing time. Charged me $*** with a * year guarantee. Watch kept losing time. Took it back in August. Store told me it was a winding problem, tried to sell me a "watch winding machine" for night. I declined. They set the watch at **:**, and at *:**, the watch said **:**. It was obviously not fixed. Took it back in same day. Said they needed it another two weeks....they'd call. They didn't. I called them. Watch was picked up with a note that said something or other was broken and they fixed it this time, but next time would charge me. (They guarenteed the watch for a year!). Watch worked fine for * days. Is now losing time again. I either want the watch fixed in a timely manner, or want my money back.
