Hello, I booked through Priceline and had a reservation on June **th. A family emergency came up and I was not able to stay for my trip. I was told by Ramada that I would get a full refund and that everything was taken care of. I got my refund a week later. Today my card was charged for the room and I was told by Priceline that Ramada declined my cancellation. I had already been refunded and told that there would not be a problem two months ago! I was either lied to or someone did not do their job correctly. I need Ramada to tell Priceline to refund me my money back. I have been getting the run around from Priceline and they told me to contact Ramada about this situation. My name is Elizabeth Vandevelde. L*****@***.com*********** **Thank you.
