Hi, I booked the Ramada on Kittery Maine from South Portland Maine. I used booking.com Oct ** checking out **. As soon as I booke I realized it should be in on ** and out on **. Could not get booking.com tried for an hour or more. Called the Ramada and explained my mistake, the lady said she would fix the dates and sais we'll see you tomorrow. I was relieved until we arrived the next afternoon when a sloppy looking dressed man rudely said that she didn't say that. When asked to speak to her I was told she was not there. The gentleman was rude and ignorant and told me nothing could be done. I left so I wouln't lose my cool. $*** US down the tubes after I was told it was all resolved.
