I place a reservation for the Ramada at Wyndham at Dallas Lovefield through hotels.com. During my stay I had to change rooms twice because of how dirty the rooms were and because of the infestation of roaches in both rooms. I ended up checking out a day early because of the nastiness of the rooms. When checking out the man I spoke with was really rude and really loud and directed me tot hotels.come because he couldn’t do anything for me. I called hotels.com after I checked out and spoke with Alyce who then reached out to to the hotel who said would issue me a full refund within *-* business days. July **th was the * business day and I received no refund. I reached back out to hotels.com who reached out to the hotel and said I needed to call them on July **th to speak with the general manger to go over details about my refund. I called today the **th and was put on hold immediately. After ** minutes of being on hold I hung up and called back. I asked to speak with a manger and the lady I spoke with said there is no manger and asked to take down my name and number. I told her when this happens no one ever calls me back. She told me I could call on the **th and speak with someone. I’m tired of the run around and want my full refund.
