The issue in GetHuman-janesrun's own words
Called healthcare provider. Gave an appointment of * pm. Got to office secretary told me I was wrong. Appointment was *:**. Told her I was not wrong repeated the time back to Alison *x. Receptionist who has no name tag and did not give name, told me she would call Alison so Alison could tell me I was wrong. Turns out I was right Doc Changed appointment. No one bothered to call me. But instead of receptionist telling me she was sorry for the mix up, I had to go back to desk and ask if she spoke to Alison. She said for me not to worry about it the Doctor would see my mother at *. Asked her why she didn’t feel it necessary to tell me herself about the error on her end and why she didn’t offer an apology. She responded by telling me she didn’t owe me one. This stuff happens all the time.
This receptionist should be relieved of her duties until such a time that she can treat people as humans, respect and common courtesy go a long way.
Take both my in-laws and my mother to this practice for years. Never have I been treated with such disregard.
