I reside in Mary's Woods in Lake Oswego, [redacted]. The Oregonian is delivered to our community every day. However, our personal subscription is only delivered to our apartment four days a week. I recently requested to increase our subscription to match the community's delivery frequency. Currently, we pay $20.00 for 27 weeks at the 4-day per week rate. I was surprised to receive an invoice from Mike MacDonald charging $33.00 per month for the additional three days. In comparison, USA Today charges $22.00 per month for 5 days a week. When I called your office, I was informed that The Oregonian does not offer a 7-day delivery service, which contradicts the delivery to our community. It appears to be a misleading practice to charge extra. I am considering addressing this issue with a letter to the editor of the Lake Oswego Review and Portland Tribune. Dennis M.

We have been subscribers to Oregonian home delivery for 45 years. For decades, our paper reliably arrived by 5:30AM. However, over the last 8 to 10 weeks, the delivery times have been consistently late, with weekday deliveries as late as 7AM and weekend deliveries as late as 8AM. Despite contacting our distributor, #[redacted], multiple times, we have not received any meaningful response. We even emailed the complaint department, only to receive a generic reply reiterating the expected delivery times. Last Sunday, after calling to complain at 8AM, the paper arrived at 8:07AM, highlighting the disregard for our requests. We simply want our paper delivered by 5:30AM as it has been for decades. We are disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability. As the only local newspaper option, we feel powerless to address this ongoing issue. Sincerely, Marvin and Debbie Henry

I reside at [redacted] SW 97th Place, Tigard, OR [redacted]. This is my fourth complaint regarding the delivery of my newspaper. Despite my repeated requests, it has not been delivered to my front door, a routine for the past 40 years. I am asking for it to be left at the driveway, not on the street, as by the time I retrieve it, the paper is often wet, mangled, and the plastic wrap torn. This renders the paper unreadable. This is the final time I will ask for this change. If not resolved, I will have to cancel my subscription by 11/4/19. I await your response. Sincerely, Myrna B.

I've already mentioned the issue with my paper delivery, but I need to stress again that I want it dropped off at my front door or driveway, not on the street. I've made this complaint four times. It's crucial that I receive a call back at [redacted] or an email; otherwise, I'll have to cancel my subscription with you. My address is [redacted] SW 97th Place, Tigard, Oregon, [redacted].
