Leased a new **** BMW X* from BMW for * years ending Oct ****, I faithfully maintain & service the vehicle and currently have only **,*** miles on the tires*car equipped with Pirelli Run Flat Cinturato P* all season tires -- the dealer informed me yesterday that the front tires have ****" of tread depth and the rear tires have ****" of tread depth. The Pirelli WEB site shows this tire model has mileage coverage of **,*** miles. I would like Pirelli to pay a minimum of *** of the total tire cost (including the costs for mounting & balancing * all taxes and fees).**These tires need to be replaced at once due to the unsafe handling and stopping of these tires and the risk they pose to life * safety of the occupants. If Pirelli does not contact me by Friday **-Apr-**** at ***-***-**** *****@***.com I will need to instruct my Leasing managers to notify all car manufacturers and dealers that we will Not accept Pirelli tires on any future vehicles.**Thank you,*Joseph Bifano****-***-**********@***.com
