I was returning to Sky Harbor from Kansas City. I went to first Skycab luggage cart coming in to the baggage claim area. It would not take bills or credit card so went to information Center and was told to go to next cart area. After collecting baggage of * checkins and * carry ons went to get cart. First gave machine $*.** and it wold not release cart. Put in credit card still not release cart. I had * pieces of luggage and no one around to offer any assistance. I was forced to leave my luggage(* pieces) with a lady standing nearby and ran back to information. He first offered to try to get my $*.** cash back but It was taking too long and couldn't see my baggage from information. I was showing some frustration but his response was "Don't take it out on me, I can't do anything about it!" I think a little frustration was justified since I had someone waiting to pick me up. Anyway he finally did get a cart from another door and I left probably ** minutes from entering baggage claim with $**.** charge.*The charge did not bother me as much as the rude uncaring attitude of the information attendent.
