simply buy a high quality bow window ... Pella Order* ***PG***** My wife and I ordered a Pella Pro-Line bow window, Patrick Gonzalez sales rep and David Cooperman .Both were told window to be replaced by the Pella bow was an Anderson window, we were told its not an issue.Day of delivery Oct. thirty, twenty eighteen I could see the window was deeper than what we had.Next day, George from S&G Contracting upon measuring the installer found the new Pella window to be FOUR inches too deep, Pella bow was made to the wrong size. George called the Kayla Henri to inform Pella windows of Monroe,CT of the issues with new Pella bow. Authorized by Kayla Henri to install it, I asked the installer to have Kayla Henri to confirm her decision with an e-mail to replace the new Pella bow if "not completely happy with product we will be happy to replace with something of your liking". We have called Kayla Henri *oo-***-**** Ext:* and e-mailed with NO reply from her, however upon calling the phone number provided by several times I was able to talk with Richard Cuddy installations manager after FIVE months of install date no idea there was still an issue.Richard Cuddy stated they could not figure out how or why Pella made the size window, suggested perhaps someone at Pella corporate engineering may have simply input the wrong dimensions, he also stated he called corporate engineering to see if Pella could even make a bow window that would replace an Anderson bow, Mr.Cuddy explained that Pella makes their differently then Anderson frame wise, and was not sure Pella engineering could make the new Pella bow to the dimensions that Pella of Monroe, CT took, Mr Cuddy said it takes ** hours to get an answer from Pella corporate engineering, which Mr Cuddy called three, twenty nineteen, eight days later and still no reply.Perhaps Tim Yaggi could get some answers.Still waiting for Pella to stand behind it products. Thank you for taking time to read this yours truly from Pella customer Tim H NOT FIXED Mar. twentyeight twentyninteen
