The issue in GetHuman-allyamee's own words
We use Pampers sensitive diaper size * for my * month old baby. Recently my baby's diaper bursted in the morning and while we were asleep , he ate the gels which absorbs the urine liquid in it. We were panicked and called pampers to see what can be done about this, but pampers phone call gets disconnected automatically after leaving two sentence voicemail. It is frustrating and highly unprofessional. We had been buying pampers for all these * months depending on the quality and safely of diapers but I guess with this kind of pathetic customer service and non acceptance of responsibility on part of pampers we would be highly critical of pampers and would think twice before we buy another box of diapers for my baby. If you are really receving this email reply me as soon as possible, because this an issue concerning life of my kid. My phone number is **********. my email is *****@***.com
