I wanted to find out if there was a way to change the headset volume from the provider end either by tweaking the speaker volume range or adding more power to the transmission to that phone? I never found anything out? ... The call back service just does not work! Regardless of the clarity of the problem to keep a problem open for days is unacceptable - I would never subject anyone else to this level of delay if there was any way around it.**Over the past day I tried to transfer a page-plus line to a replacement verizon phone because the headset volume range with the existing phone was not good enough for use by a hearing impaired user. *After removing the existing phone and starting the activation process I could not find the account number and other required info from within page-plus, and my records have been misplaced if these items were ever made clear to me. So I had to add the old phone back onto my account, and we still have the volume issue and we found that the other phone has about the same issue so there is no advantage to switching devices. This has been a tremendous waste of time and there was enough information in my original question for an immediate answer from one who deals with this kind of issue with any regularity.**I have considered setting up a dealer store, but this experience has been a major eyeopener!
If you continue to have high levels of help requests you need to figure out where the issues arise and add support information in a usable format instead of leaving people hanging. If there is no solution known say so and move on.
