Get a refund ... Customer Number: **********I ordered a container for * months. After one month and * days I asked for it to be picked up. Was told that I missed the billing date and I would still have to pay for the second month PLUS a fee for picking it up. Where was that information when I ordered the POD? Where did I agree to that? Deceptive advertising. I would like to challenge the charge for the pick up fee and I want a prorated refund for time not used that was contracted. Sheila Eller
