Since Friday ****** , and Saturday ****** , I have been trying to get my furniture out of my pod and for some reason it just won't open up.. so I've been calling the office on the East Coast I believe it's in Maine and I spoke to two service Representatives one Luann and the other one by the name of Josie they said that they had sent emails out concerning this problem that I've been having with this pod. Somebody finally came out on Saturday afternoon around * -*clock, with an truck to move the pod, container so we can get it to open up but to no avail. the address is ***,Alamo drive, Vacaville CA *We really need to get the furniture out of the pod and give the people back their parking space. We first had a pod, pick up date for ****** , but your (pods ) said that your had an opening for the two dates, really supposed to be only one, that's why we moved (tried ) on ******.*We waited there all the way up until **:** Saturday night for the person to come back and get the pod open and they never showed up so that's why I'm sending this email thank you.
