As a loyal customer of One Fine Stay, our recent experience did not meet our expectations. Despite the online photos, the furniture was dirty, with stained sofa cushions, ottoman, and rug. The actual house did not match the advertised standards. The bed was supposed to be a king size but was actually an English double. In addition, the bathroom tiles were cracked and moldy. After complaining, we were initially told no action could be taken that night, promising a call by 10 A.M. The call was received late at 11:30 A.M., with an offer to clean the sofa and remove the rug, which was not a sufficient solution. The home was misrepresented, contrary to One Fine Stay's claim of impeccable inspections. Unlike previous experiences where issues were promptly resolved, this time there was no immediate alternative accommodation or refund offered. Disgusted, we left on Tuesday and have since lodged complaints. Our trust in One Fine Stay has been shaken, after previously recommending their services based on their past performance.
