I would like to report an issue with the box of 72 dark chocolate covered cherries that I ordered. My order number is [redacted], and it was delivered on Oct 15, [redacted]. I can be reached at [redacted] The cherries in this box are stale, with white chocolate turning and a dried up gel-like juice. The cherries themselves are dried up and not creamy as expected. Recipients of these cherries have noted the same issues. I seek a replacement box of fresh cherries and am willing to return the old ones. How can I go about securing a replacement?
