Jackson Hewitt has been doing my taxes for more than a decade and i got a letter from you guys the beginning of this year saying i owe from ****. i set up a payment plan and have paid what i owed and now all that is left is interest and penalties. I have sent a letter asking if that can be waived and have even made another payment beyond what i originally owed and into interest and penalties and was curious if my letter has been received and considered before i have to make another payment. Jackson Hewitt has been doing my taxes for a very long time and never indicated to me that owed anything for the last * or * years. they couldn't quite explain it to me themselves but found it odd that i could have paid back what i owed at any point over the * year span. i am just frustrated with Jackson Hewitt. my taxes are easy and i could do them for free at the library but instead i pay good money to them to make sure i am taken care of. I know that is on me and not you guys but was curious if you got my letter and if you guys have considered my request. Thank you.
