Air conditioner hose galls off won't stay connected. Bought this * years ago. Tried everything to connect it even used duct tape. It would always fall off and then making a weird smell eve seemed to lose it's cooling ability. I've bought one before when I loved in Ossipee NH. Had the same problem. I thought I was doing something wrong do I asked a few men I know to help me and they said it was defiantly the connectors that looks to the back of the air conditioner then to the house. It does Not connect the way it should. I'm lucky my home didn't burn down. We recently had a bad heat wave and there were no air conditioners in stock any where except one at your Medway location. I bought that one had my brother help me get it into the house and low and behold you changed the way it connected which was a great update I was happy about that. Then I had it running and it started making me sick with a bad headache, even started having a hard time breathing. I **** it down and went outside for fresh air. I thought maybe it was me so I started it again. Same thing happened. Now when I purchased this one the box was opened before and the bag wth remote and stuff had been ripped open. So it was put back out on the floor to be sold again which is very wrong! Someone returned it for a reason. *I really would like to know if I can get the other portable air conditioner working. I need the right connector and hose and window insert. I'm on a struck budget I can't be without a.c. because of medical reasons. This has been very hard on me.
