The issue in GetHuman1023275's own words
When it comes to what food is good for you and what food is not, regardless if a person is a college professor or doctor, a person has to have knowledge of what he or she is talking about and not be under the influence of the prescription drug companies training or the pesticide industry or the food processor industry. As an example there is a difference between GMO grain fed beef verses all grass fed beef. The GMO grain fed beef is high in the dangerous omega * bad fats and the all grass fed beef is high in omega * good fats. The GMO fed beef will give you heart diseases, brain problems and blood vessel disease as you get older. The all grass fed beef will promote heart, brain and blood vessel health. There is good saturated fat and bad saturated fat. All GMO animal products such as the meat, the eggs, the dairy and the fish produce bad saturated fat. While most organic, grass fed, wild caught and free range produce good saturated fat. Your body needs good saturated fat for many functions. It doesn't need any of the bad fats. All vegetable oils that they promote as healthy are bad for you because as soon as you heat the oil it changes into a trans fat which is bad for the heart, brain and blood vessels. In fact most fried foods are bad for you. Good fats are from avocados, organic free range eggs, cold press extra virgin olive oil, raw unsalted nuts, raw unsalted seeds, wild caught fish like sockeye salmon, all grass fed meat, all grass fed dairy products, etc. Your body needs the good fats for many functions in the body, such as brain function, cell function, nerve function, etc. The main things that make people fat are sugar, refined grains, all sugar type of products with high fructose corn syrup leading the way. How does the farmer fatten up his beef or pig? He feeds it corn. All soy products are bad. It messes up the hormones in both men and women. There is a science to how food reacts to the human body. It is too bad more doctors weren't trained in real food in relationship to the health of the body. It is too bad Harvard professors weren't trained in real food verses fake food products in relationship to the human body.
