I made the switch from LA figness to NYSC a little less than a year ago and Even though I enjoy the gym itself , I am extremely unsatisfied with management and the company customer service. This is my third overcharge after speaking with the manager Jessica from the Greatneck location multiple times and her re-apologizing and readjusting my account. *I signed up less than a year ago when I got my first up-charge without my knowledge and the plan I signed up for is $** a month and I keep getting charged $** a month and I spoke with Jessica and she said that my next month which would be now as of December would be free to make up for the two $** charges and instead December comes in to get charge $** a month. *This is making me really uncomfortable with having my card on file and it’s making me want to get rid of the membership all together because management cannot seem to keep their word or resolve the issues that I bring to their attention. I have been extremely nice and understanding up until now. I have had multiple friends and my mother join this location as well. *I don’t know what else to do to get my issues resolved and accommodated for. I’m beginning to feel like I should make a comment on each social media platforms because that seems to be the only way to get the help I need when everything else is being ignored and it’s just disheartening that you have to feel worried about putting your credit card on file after being reassured multiple times because a company does not stand by their financial contract.**Please contact me at ***-***-**** to discuss this issue further. *Alexandra Greco*A*****@***.com
