I was charged $**.** in October which I never received an email about the fee increase, because I was being charged $**.** per month. **The issue is, I did call to cancel and was informed I had to go into the gym and did do that that day, which was the beginning of September to cancel.**I showed the front desk my card and they said thank you and said they would cancel my membership. They did not request for me to fill out any paperwork.**I was incorrectly charged for the month of October. I should not have been charged at all.**I emailed Richard Gearhart as I was prompted to do MULTIPLE times with no response. He is horrible at customer service and I would like a FULL REFUND because of the lack of communication and lack of customer service.
