I purchased an auto policy yesterday, and am already highly displeased with NGIC. I purchased my policy on a mobile phone, and have been trying to e-sign the required papers. Every time I try I get a message about browser requirements. It says you must have android *.* or later. I am using a Samsung galaxy with android *.*.*. I do not have a computer, only my phone. So the problem is obviously on your end. If I lose my paperless discount because of a malfunction on your end I will immediately cancel my policy and take my business elsewhere. My brother said this sounds like a scam to intentionally cause customers to lose their discounts. I need someone to contact me and get this issue straightened out. ***-***-****. * Tracy Billings
