Reach a claims adjuster. ... Hi Heather Fedorchak,***I sent the below email to you originally back in August. I never heard anything back, and just wanted to follow up to make sure that the neighbor with property damage was contacted and this was discussed with her. Please confirm receipt of this email.***Thank you!***Ryan McELroy**Claim * ******* - Joyce Mashburn****From: Ryan McELroy ******@***.com**Sent: Friday, August **, **** *:** AM*To: *****@***.com*Subject: Claim * ******* - Joyce Mashburn* ****Hi Heather,***Hope you're doing well. I spoke to you a while back about this claim for my grandmother. She is improving, but I am still handling as much of the claim for her as possible. We had a question and request please. During the loss, by grandmother's vehicle traveled off of her property, across the road, and onto a neighboring property. On this property, one apple tree was completely taken down and killed, and one other was damaged. We are not sure if that second damaged tree will live or not. There was also minor damage to the grass lawn, and rocked creek-bank caused by the insured vehicle and also the recovery vehicle that towed my grandmother's vehicle. This neighbor has been very friendly and patient with us through this, but she does wish to speak with someone about her property damage. I personally have already cleaned up and repaired her property. This consisted of removing the completely damaged tree, cleaning up the brush*limbs and digging up the stump associated with this tree, raked the lawn and did my best at correcting the rock placement along her creek-bank. Overall, it looks really good and she is satisfied for now. Our question is if we could please open up a property damage portion of the claim for the loss of her tree and reimbursement the labor involved in this clean-up? I did take photos of the area before I cleaned anything up and will attach those in this email. I have the neighbor's name and mailing address, but we have been unable to get a phone number for her. We would very much appreciate a letter be sent to her that she could reply to and discuss this with you. I can supply whatever you need as far as a break-down of my clean-up labor on her property. Thank you so much with your help on this, and let me know if there is anything else that I can provide or help with.***Susan C. Years long customer * insured. Everyone involved has been extremely patient.
I am not sure what else to try.
