Hello there,**I am a passed NEVADA POWER customer in Las Vegas, I have recently moved out of state because of a job loss... as a NV-power customer I payed my bill on time and in full and was on a monthly payment plan... since I moved I had a balance of just a bit over $*,*** dollars, I have repeatedly called NV-power to ask to get on a payment schedule but was tolled that I could not make payments since I am no longer a customer and I must pay the full balance or they will refer my account to a collection agency...**So, I am not in a position to pay the balance in full, and I wanted to see what kind of help you can give me, I have good credit and desperately want to keep it since it’s the only thing I have left that can keep me going in life without becoming homeless or even worst...**I am asking for all the help I can get from you, your reply and help would be greatly appreciated in this very important matter...**Thank you kindly...***** *** ******This number and the email is what NV-power has on record for me...
