When I told her she was taking too long, I suspect she called the store security. What an incompetent young woman. She needs re-training. **I will never deal with Movistar again and I will make sure I put the same advice on every English site possible. **I daresay you will ignore this. However, you all should know that we are the people who are paying Movistar staff wages. Perhaps staff feel they have plenty of customers, so that do not need to worry. Good luck with that too.
