The issue in GetHuman-j_p_brad's own words
Received a scam call displayed as "Microsoft" at about *:**PM MDT, *******. The robocall or recorded message "informed" me that all my MS licenses were cancelled* of course they were not because I checked. The number that they called from was * *** *** **** I called the feds, reported it, then called them back at that *. I man with a heavy Indian accent answered and started in on me. I told them I knew it was a scam and hung up. **I expect that there is a lot of this going around, so if you aren't on it already, go after them. You have a lot more resources that I do but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck, so if you aren't going to do something direct, I'll give it a shot, so let me know one way or another.
