Hi my name is James Queener. I went in and ordered a pole barn package. This package was explained in detail. I explained it would be a finished pole building. It was a vary young man being helped by a more experienced employee. He asked ceiling height I replied **” “*” I asked him do you offer roof to delivery he replied yes , we completed the QAnd A and ball was in motion. I payed **,*** and told him my wife would be in on Monday and pay the remainder . She did, I did two days later add on to the barn making it ten foot larger. I had to make all calls to metal suppler and truss company as he never up graded the order. After not ordering the the lumber do to the add on ( as he was have trouble with the materials . The lumber got ordered out but not the extra ten feet. I then contacted you by e- mail after a week of missing with this store. Ken Bontrger never called or got inhaled even after it was brought to his attention. You people got the store to react and at this point they made a vary good effort in getting the rest of the lumber out. I was vary upset this coast me equipment rental and labor cost. In building it was a joke on how mush was missing . Also *x*s where added to the order that where not needed . Ceiling height was from grade even as it was told it would be finished space. I found out from a friend they lied about the roof top delivery. And when I questioned them they confirmed sales men was miss leading. This was canceled. So it’s built we open up metal package they had drip edge and faca was for *x* not *x* like on plan. All three doors are wrong swing. I was at my wits end as this has coast me lots of extra money and lots of it at this point. There was numerous mistakes made by this store. Ken Bontrger was horrible basically I can pay all labor and done time for grew . And he would replace and make right the trim that should have been right to begin with !! If I would have went by print I would have had a **””*” ceiling so I made it higher and added overhangs for down time for crew . I also raised ceiling height and was going to eat the construction under metal walls . But after trim was wrong also coasting me even more do to your stores mistake. One of many! He offered to replace wrong materials only. So all the pain from your store mistakes on materials or not ordering materials . Is all on me !!!! You know it was a young kid but even after you brought it to Kens Attention he passed the buck . I had to go up to store to get his attention. I would have been happy with some materials* windows or some sort of sharing of the pain. This was bad training bad following up and bad ordering. All of witch is on you and all coast on me. I was so mad I walked out. Sorry for language but he is a ***. And again I am stock with wrong materials. Please help !!!
