I have dealt with your store for many years . For my own * children even before during my pregnancies. I’ve recently become a gran for first time. We have purchased many things from mamas and papas in Glasgow fort in particular. My daughter whose just had her baby has bought many items and in fact has suggested that anyone who intends buying a present could get vouchers for the store. Anyway out most recent purchase was a * moms mamaroo baby bouncer. It was priced *** .** Not cheap by any standards but we’d thought about it long and hard. I called the store yesterday on a good few occasions to check it was in stock No reply. It gave an option to leave a message after many attempts . I did. Heard nothing back. I’m not longbout of hospital so my husband took the time to drive into fort yesterday evening.after a long day at work They didn’t have the chair. Tried to order. Kept saying the price was ***& . **! This was price for silver one. Multi colour was priced down. I had to speak to the assistant on my mobile from home to explain this. We then realised we would also need the ‘newborn insert! Which was a further **.**. My husband added that on. They then wanted to charge *.** for next day delivery ( which was too late so it’s not coming till tomorrow now) I asked if they could at least waive the delivery in light of us not being able to get in touch with store not get a call back from them. I feel my husband made an unnecessary journey in there. Anyway it may not seem a lot but after much deliberation they said they could. I’m left with a slightly sour taste in my mouth to be honest.
