I am encountering an issue with a prescription ID number I received for a magazine subscription from Burke's. The ID number provided was 0 [redacted]. Despite getting a confirmation, I have only received one issue of Good Housekeeping for 3 months and one issue of Women's Day for 3 months. When attempting to contact the number [redacted] as instructed, it was non-functional, leading me to decide to discontinue the service after the free 6-month period. Please cease any further charges on my credit card. If there are any unauthorized transactions, I will have to take steps to stop them. I am James Jackson Alexander requesting termination of the subscriptions after the initial 6 months. The non-working phone number provided has caused inconvenience. I've been trying to cancel my auto-renewal well ahead of time. Unfortunately, I've encountered issues trying to access my account through the password reset process. Despite multiple attempts, I never received the email link. The online chat bot doesn't seem to respond to my cancellation requests, and the phone bot is also unhelpful as they can't locate my order despite me currently receiving the magazine. I've tried each method at least twice, but it seems like I can't reach a human for assistance, contrary to what was previously stated.
