I am frustrated with the way Lucky Vitamin handles automatic payments without clear notice. I called Lucky Vitamin to cancel the auto payment, returned the product on 7-11-[redacted], and have yet to receive my refund of $77.52 on 8-10-[redacted]. I am disappointed with the customer service I have received. The representative, Deanne, informed me that the refund had been processed, but my credit card statement shows otherwise. I placed order number LV[redacted]2 on 8/8/19 for 12 containers of 60 Herbal Actives InflamActin capsules. I received 5 containers a few weeks later and the remaining 7 just arrived yesterday (10/22/19). While you've been reliable for this product, the long wait is unacceptable. Along with my order, I also purchased Nordic Naturals Pro EPA Extra, which I now know you no longer carry. I'm uncertain how to resolve this issue. I'm now sourcing these and two other items elsewhere, even though it was convenient to order them from you together. Your recent changes aren't suiting my needs; also, not being able to speak to someone directly adds to the frustration. If I can't receive my products promptly or at all, it's challenging to remain a customer. Any suggestions for resolving this from your end?

On September 27, [redacted], an order was placed under #P[redacted]0 totaling $[redacted].64 with a $10.00 cash back offer. I would like to cancel my order, LV[redacted]2, as it is more than a few weeks old. Additionally, I have not received my recent order, LV[redacted]4, which was supposed to be delivered on December 5. It's disappointing that both orders have experienced delays with no updates from the company. I had hoped to replace essential items with these orders and now find myself out of stock and out of pocket. I am beginning to question my decision to choose this supplier considering the issues I have encountered with these orders.

Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased 24 units of Herbatint Hair Color Gel around the middle of June this year. I was surprised to receive an additional 24 units today, which I did not order, along with a charge of over $[redacted].00 on my credit card. As a disabled elderly individual, reaching the nearest post office is difficult for me. Could you please advise me on what to do with the extra products that were sent to me unexpectedly? I am having difficulty reaching Lucky Vitamin's customer service by phone to place new orders. Despite attempting to communicate via text, the issues with my order from late October remain unresolved. The items are on backorder, but the manufacturer has resumed production. Unfortunately, I misplaced a coupon and two Rewards, resulting in a loss of approximately $20. It's frustrating that no one is addressing this matter effectively. As a loyal customer, I expect better service. I believe this situation should be brought to the attention of upper management at Lucky Vitamin to improve customer satisfaction. During my recent text conversation with a representative, they suggested I purchase the product elsewhere, which was not a satisfactory solution. I insist on receiving the item I ordered, now that it is back in production. I hope that Lucky Vitamin can rectify these issues promptly to avoid losing valuable customers and business opportunities.

It appears that this company is struggling with handling customer issues effectively. This is my first time ordering from your company, and right from the beginning, I encountered numerous problems. The shipping address was changed to something completely different from what I had provided in my order, and both the shipping and billing addresses were mixed up on your end. It seems there are technical issues on your website, and even the chat support couldn't resolve it accurately. I expect a company to fulfill orders properly once they have received payment, but my whole order has been completely botched. I am unable to reach a human representative to address this matter. I prefer not to deal with customer service representatives who have difficulty understanding the English language. I am disappointed with the way this company operates; it does not seem to prioritize consumer interests. I will be looking into what the BBB has to say about your company. It seems that your focus is solely on profit rather than customer satisfaction. This company's operational efficiency is quite poor.

Hello, I'm inquiring about my order with the number LV[redacted]4, placed on February 15, [redacted]. It's almost been a month, and I'm yet to receive my order. I've been tracking it using the DHL GlobalMail Standard Tracking Number [redacted][redacted]. A couple of days ago, it was showing as "Enroute", and although it passed through the DHL Germany transit facility on February 24, it hasn't progressed to the last stage for delivery. Today, when I tried to track it, the information is no longer available. I would appreciate your prompt assistance. This is my first time shopping with Lucky Vitamin, and the experience has been disappointing.
