Hello, I'm Melissa Brockington. I'm reaching out as I haven't received any of the items I ordered yet. I used my own bank card for the payment, which went through successfully. I also opted for Fast Express delivery and paid extra for it, but I haven't received my order, tracking number, or any email updates. I've made multiple purchases from your store at once, and I'm quite disappointed with the lack of information provided. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a contact number to inquire about my order. If I can't receive my items soon, I would like a refund. Please, I need urgent assistance regarding the status of my order. Thank you.

I paid an extra $18 to ensure my swimsuits arrive before my Florida photoshoot. However, I just received an email from PayPal stating the shipment won't proceed until the payment is fully processed, possibly taking up to 6 days. The payment status reads "POSTED," indicating it's paid and deducted from my account. I urge you to expedite the processing and shipping of my order since the payment is settled. I will be away from my shipping address after Friday the 22nd. If delivery cannot be made by then, I request a full refund for the non-expedited service. Alternatively, can you arrange delivery to my hotel in Florida?

I am requesting a refund for an order I received due to receiving damaged items. The strings on my bathing suit were coming out, and the loops they should have gone through were sealed, resulting in unusable pieces. Another bathing suit was extremely tight, creating extra bulges on the sides, with no flattering design. The third bathing suit resembled a joker suit with a poorly designed top creating excess fabric that was wasteful and lacked definition. Additionally, my jeans broke as soon as I took them out of the bag. One of the belt loops came unsewn at the waist, making it unwearable. I would appreciate a prompt refund to my account. Thank you.

I placed an order multiple times, and each time it failed. After attempting to cancel, I was charged $90.75 for an order that should have been $58.16. The items I ordered were a black long sleeve dress, a black winter hoodie, and a red short sleeve shirt with standard shipping. The website duplicated these items in the orders erroneously. I have tried contacting customer service via email explaining the situation in detail, including the order numbers before they were deleted.

I urgently need to get in touch with someone. I made a purchase from LovelyWholesale on November 5th. I tried to track my order on their website but could only find general processing information with no tracking details. I'm supposed to travel this weekend and need these items, so it's frustrating not being able to reach anyone. I want to speak to a real representative to understand the status of my order as it has been over 10 days.

On December 12th, [redacted], I accidentally bought the same item twice from Lovely Wholesale. Immediately after the second purchase, I reached out through a ticket and email to request a cancellation for the duplicate order. Following this, on December 13th, [redacted], I responded to an email inquiry providing my order number. I verified in my Lovely Wholesale account that the second purchase was indeed canceled. However, I am currently facing difficulties using the refunded credit balance for a new purchase. Despite my follow-up tickets and emails to Lovely Wholesale, I haven't received a helpful response regarding why I can't use the credit balance and how to get the refunded amount back into my bank account. I require assistance to have the money from the canceled order returned to my bank account.

I need assistance with returning an item. My shopping experience with you was terrible. I ordered an outfit a month ago and received it today, despite the website stating a 6-10 business day shipping time. The package was stuck in China for 2 weeks. Luckily, I found the outfit on Amazon and bought it there. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund immediately. I have been contacting the customer service email "[redacted]" and only receiving automated responses. I need to talk to a real person to resolve this issue.

To whom it may concern, I am disappointed with my recent order from your company. I placed an order totaling almost $[redacted] and eagerly awaited its arrival. Unfortunately, when the package arrived at night during heavy rain, everything was soaking wet. To add to my frustration, not all of my items were included, and most of what I did receive were small. I tried contacting your company and was advised to submit a ticket, but I never received a response. I repackaged the items and returned them to the post office, although the cost of doing so was nearly half of what I paid for the items. I paid for 3-6 business day shipping, but it has been 8 business days and my items have not left the warehouse. I submitted a ticket, but no one has responded. I have asked for a refund several times. The items still haven't shipped. I am planning to contact my bank and provide them with the message from Jennifer stating that the items are still at the warehouse. I paid for expedited shipping but did not receive it within the promised time frame. I feel compelled to report this to the Department of Justice's online cyber crimes unit as it seems like a breach of contract. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping here again. I demand a refund to take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order with Lovely Wholesale, but UPS claimed to have delivered it to a side door that I don't have. Despite opening a ticket with Lovely Wholesale and initiating an investigation with UPS, there has been no resolution. The order number is R[redacted][redacted], the waybill number is [redacted]43, and the UPS tracking number is 1Z9Y[redacted][redacted]. UPS closed the investigation without proper assistance from Lovely Wholesale. I'm seeking the refund of approximately $[redacted] for the undelivered clothes. It's important for Lovely Wholesale to address this situation promptly and either deliver the items or issue a refund to my debit card. Multiple tickets have been opened with no response from them.

I need assistance in resolving my issue and receiving my two medium-sized items promptly. It has been more than a month since I shipped the two items to you, and the delivery has been confirmed. I am now requesting that the same two dresses be shipped back to me in size medium. I am greatly disappointed by the delay, as I was hoping to have my items for Easter. Despite submitting nearly 10 requests and multiple help desk tickets, I have not received a satisfactory response. I placed an order for 2 items on 05/04/[redacted] but have yet to receive it. Lovelywholesale confirmed the order and shipping via email up until 05/16/[redacted], after which I received no updates. Despite having an order number and tracking number issued by Lovelywholesale, the system does not recognize them. Payment was made through PayPal. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support and providing evidence, I have only received excuses of "high traffic" for nearly a month. I request a refund and express my dissatisfaction with the service. My experiences with Lovelywholesale have been disappointing, with delays and poor customer care.

I made a purchase on July 5 but haven't received my tracking number yet. I've tried reaching out through live chat, but they claim they don't have my order number. However, I can see my order number when I log into my account. I paid $47 for expedited shipping, and this situation is concerning me. I have noticed that two items are missing from my recent order # R[redacted][redacted]. Additionally, I have received a credit of $20.48, which seems incorrect. I was charged $13+ for shipping on these items which were not shipped. I am looking to reorder the same items and would like a credit for the $20.48 as well as the shipping fees from the previous order. I made a purchase on 11/13/19 and received an email confirming the shipment, but no tracking number was provided initially. After several days, I eventually received a tracking number, but was unable to track the items. I reached out to inquire about my order, only to find out it had been canceled without notice. Attempts to communicate through chat resulted in being on hold for 30 minutes before getting disconnected. Despite submitting tickets, the responses received were unhelpful and conflicting. I paid $36 for shipping, but only received 2 out of the 5 items ordered. The company has not provided any explanation for the missing items or refunded money. Dissatisfied with the service, I plan to file a complaint with the BBB.
