I was trying to get the correct size sent to me which is XL and to get the price that was online at the time of this purchase which was £***.** NOT £***.**, as this is not my fault you keep sending me the wrong size. It's a Christmas present and I'm very very stressed. I have re- ordered for the *rd time and the adviser said its £***.** now. Well I'm not paying this amount as it was £***.** and... ... I ordered my grandson P*CEL** Tommy Jean's Tech Parka for £***.**, and twice have sent me the wrong size. Got Medium size the*st time and small size the *nd time. I ordered XL, but the item has been put up in price to £***.** now. It's not my fault that I have * Parka's that are the wrong price. I have re ordered a third time, but want it at the original price of £***.** over *** was BNPL as that was what I asked for online. I have just had an operation for Bowel Cancer and too I'll to go out to return these * Parka's. I did speak to an adviser to have them collected from my home but have * now to return. Need you to sort the price back to £***.**. Thank you.

They dont realize that the plastic bag that is a clear bag has * sizes on the Parka, size medium and XL and the *nd one delivered has small and XL on the plastic bag. So there's a fault at the warehouse.

They can make this right by sending the correct size and price of £***.** and size XL.

SPOKE TO * DIFFERENT ADVISER'S on this subject. But it's the warehouse and a manager need to sort this out ASAP.
