Account: J****** - Swift Luminere Ready Assembled High Gloss * drawer Midi Chest With Lights**I purchased the above chest of drawers last September, which was delivered and installed in my bedroom by the delivery company Littlewoods made the arrangement with. My grandson noticed this week the chest of drawer unit was leaning forward on its own and notified me. I removed all the drawers to have a closer look and also to ascertain what the problem could be. I discovered the unit was on casters and that there was only six opposed to the eight which should have been in place to support the chest of drawer unit properly. Having not moved the unit since it was installed, I am actually appalled to know I am about to make payment for an item costing over £***.** which is of sub-standard quality which could easily have fallen on my grandson or myself. I automatically checked the two bedside cabinets these are alright and do not have castors. I think the set is a beautiful asset to my bedroom, but I find it unforgiveable to know they were not quality assured by the manufacture before sending out to your customers. Whilst I didn’t take out the extended furniture warranty for * years, I note your web site state most manufacturers offer a ** month warranty. **As this is clearly not my fault I would like a replacement chest of drawer unit as I no longer have faith in the stability of the one I have at present especially with a boisterous grandson who comes round regularly.**I do have photos of the base demonstrating the poor workmanship which could potentially injure my grandson or myself.**Dear Sirs **I purchased the above chest of drawers last September, which was delivered and installed in my bedroom by the delivery company Littlewoods made the arrangement with.
