I received my order, but unfortunately, one twin size blanket was missing from the delivery. I kindly request Linen Source to send me the missing blanket as soon as possible. I have been unable to reach a real person as all lines seem to be disconnected. I urge Linen Source to stop claiming that I have not communicated what I need from them. My priority is to have this issue resolved promptly. Dealing with this for two days has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

I am experiencing issues with my order. I am looking to have my missing blanket shipped and to talk to a customer service representative. I have attempted to submit my request multiple times without success. I have also made several phone call attempts. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone as all lines seem to be closed or disconnected. Additionally, I am facing difficulties connecting to the website for assistance. My main concern is receiving the missing blanket and resolving this matter with the help of a live representative.

I have been attempting to contact customer service for several days regarding my incomplete order. When I did manage to speak with someone, they seemed to be a scammer requesting access to my computer. The lack of live assistance has made it impossible to resolve the issue with getting the blanket I ordered. I am extremely frustrated with the disconnected phone numbers and the ineffective online chat support. This experience has been a complete letdown, and it is clear that this company may not be trustworthy. I insist on receiving my blanket promptly. This will be my first and last order from this company, and I intend to warn others about the unsatisfactory service I have received. I have tried multiple avenues to reach out for help, but have had no success.

I recently received my order, but it was missing the twin-size blanket I purchased. I would like Linen Source to either send me the missing item or provide a refund. I'm having trouble receiving the other blanket I ordered and paid for. I have been unable to reach a real person and the one I did reach seemed like a scammer who wanted access to my computer. It's frustrating not being able to speak with someone over the phone to resolve this issue. The disconnected number and lack of live contact make it impossible to complete my order. This has been a disappointing experience, and I plan to warn others to avoid this company due to the poor customer service. I just want my blanket delivered as promised.

On 4/24/[redacted], the issue remains unresolved. Despite numerous attempts to seek help and fill out forms, the problem persists. Contact methods such as telephone assistance and live chat have been unproductive, leaving me extremely frustrated. Previous attempts to communicate (communications 1 through 30) have not led to a resolution. The promised fixes have not materialized, leaving me in the same predicament I initially reported.

This is frustrating. I've reached out numerous times without any resolution. Despite filling out forms multiple times, sending emails, and calling, I have not received a response. The missing item from my April order has caused me a lot of trouble. The company's phone number is no longer working, making it impossible to reach out. I've tried everything, from emails to online chats, but to no avail. I feel like my concerns are being ignored. I have filed complaints with the BBB against both companies. At this point, I simply want the blanket I paid for or a refund. It has been nearly a month of me trying to resolve this issue without any success. I hope this complaint will finally get the attention it deserves.
