My representative, Joshua Droste, never returns my phone calls and has twice used suspicious tactics that have amounted to sabotage on my claim. In addition to trying to take my rental car before the time I was owed*allowed, he also put a hold on the pick up of my totaled car without telling me, after setting up a date for it. This effectively left me waiting around an entire day for a pick up that never came. He never informed me of the hold and attempts to contact him have still been fruitless. Additionally, the hold was not warranted since my title had been scanned and emailed to him two days prior, and the original was delivered overnight via UPS prior to the scheduled pick up date. I don't know why he has a vendetta against me, other than I called him out on his shady tactics, but I now have reason to believe he may try to purposely delay my payment out of retaliation. I am requesting a new representative asap.
