Help with my La Quinta Inns & Suites issue

The issue in GetHuman-lashones's own words
I had a bad experience with my stay on Saturday June ** at the LaQuinta Inn in Fort Worth Address: **** Calmont Ave, Fort Worth, TX ******Phone: (***) ***-****. At around ****pm, I returned back to my room and noticed bugs. I took pictures of them. They were on the desk and in the bed. I called the front desk and was informed that they would look for another room. She later called and told me another room was not available and that the manager wanted me to be refunded and find another hotel nearby. I was alone with my children * hours away from home. It is scary not knowing where I was or where I could go. I spoke with the manager who was very rude and I explained to him that I was alone. He informed me that if I stayed, I had to sign a paper stating that I released him of any liability of damage from the bugs. I did not agree to signing the papers because I felt intimidated by his demands and I felt that it was inappropriate. When I did not agree to sign the papers he asked that I check out. I informed him that I did not have anywhere to go and he suggested a super * across the street which appeared to be unsafe. He also informed me that I had to check out and that he would immediately refund my money so that I could get a new place to stay. I had to go upstairs and pack my kids up at **pm, the lady at the front desk had already taken pictures of dead bugs in the room and he had her take more pictures of the vacant room with me standing outside the room waiting. When she checked me out my money was not available. I called the manager again for help because I did not have anymore money and he then told me it was between me and my bank. So I had to call home to have someone send me money to rent a room. During this process, the manager and the lady at the front desk would talk English for awhile and then in another language with me standing there and it was very rude. As I was leaving another lady at the desk found a paper that said no show and she showed it to the lady speaking with the manager and she shook her head as I was turning around . The manager also told me "if you stay, I will not give you a discount nor a free night" "you can't stay for free" I was not trying to stay for free, but some type of compassion would have helped. We were with a basketball traveling team and we had * rooms and we ALWAYS rent through LaQuinta. I feel like dragging my kids out that late, in a town that I did not know, deserves something. I feel that this should be addressed because we did not ask for the bugs to be in our room, we just wanted to rest.
