How about my payment book, which has never arrived, instead of past due notices? And then proper instruction on how your customer service personnel should talk to someone that is frustrated with this lasting over the last * months, instead of being told that "it's my responsibility to figure out how to pay at the same time each month"..... well, it'd be super easy if I had my payment coupon book, like I was told I'd be getting in July. Due to past identity theft issues, etc. I don't want an online account.....just the payment book, so that I can properly track my monthly payments. I can appreciate that you may be getting a number of people calling in about this situation, but maybe a deep breath would help with the customer service experience you relay to people asking questions? Great zero turn, bad customer experience....hopefully I get someone else next time.
