I am very disappointed with Kohl's customer Service online. First I am told that my debit card payment of $** paid on August *, **** did not go thru. Yet the money is gone from my bank account. Today, August * I ordered an item for **.** at the Kiosk. It didn't accept my $** off coupon, nor could they help me with it at checkout. I contacted you per that issue requesting a call back, and never received a call. I find Kohl's difficult to deal with being shuttled from clerk to customer service to online to phone. There is no resolution or response at all. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing in Management. Frankly I feel sorry for the clerk's who are always courteous but have to deal with customers with thier hands tied. Very frustrating.
